Note: Nice if you like to run near the sea, the ground on the wharf is made of huge almost flat stones. You have to care just a bit, consider it a training for your ankles. Nice view from the red lighthouse.
Note: Nice for a long training, bus route in the street in case of problems, if you don’t feel to run any more once in Hown, you may come back swimming
Note: not the best ever the first part along the Liffey due to cars (find out an alternate path). Very nice to run in Phoenix Park, if not raining since days you can find a good path on the grass. Then a bit tricky to go to the canal but then a few kilometers along the south Canal and then back to Trinity (last km).
Note: 3-4km flat, there are 4km of strong up-hill. Near the top the view is really nice. Once on a main road turn left direction Sorrivoli but after 1-2km turn again left to Saiano. Very lovely and up-down hill for a few kilometer. Then a long single up hill, about 1km and then almost all down again to Cesena (Ponte Abbadesse). Really lovely, the view and usually very few cars on the street.
Type: 60% normal to strong uphill, 40% nearly flat
Distance: 32km
Surface: concrete
Location: urban 15%, country/hills 85%
When: must be bright
Circuit: 1 loop
Note: nice view on the flat ground and the sea side. First 10% flat, 30% strong up hill, then a mix of up/down hill. Last 10km nearly flat. Very wonderful view of the flat ground, up to the sea side if is a nice day, very few cars in all the hills. A few way back in case of problems they help to chose for a shorter one in case of problems. At least one point for Water in Sorrivoli, a bit after km 16, look in the main (indeed small, but for Sorrivoli main) square. On the right hand side if running from Diolaguardia to Sorrivoli.
Note: nice path, between trees on the hills, a few cars that are used to runners and walkers. Is a known path in Cesena. Very nice for medium Intervals
