Note: Is the path of the Dublin Half Marathon (at least the one ran the 23rd, September, 2006). Good run, all in the park, a few hills. Almost all the way you can choose to run on the grass or on the concrete (in case of wet ground)
Note: Nice if you like to run near the sea, the ground on the wharf is made of huge almost flat stones. You have to care just a bit, consider it a training for your ankles. Nice view from the red lighthouse.
Note: Nice for a long training, bus route in the street in case of problems, if you don’t feel to run any more once in Hown, you may come back swimming
Note: not the best ever the first part along the Liffey due to cars (find out an alternate path). Very nice to run in Phoenix Park, if not raining since days you can find a good path on the grass. Then a bit tricky to go to the canal but then a few kilometers along the south Canal and then back to Trinity (last km).
Note: nice for intervals, 1km nearly flat (probably around +5 then -5 meters). Half way is at the very beginning of the small part on the concrete. Easy to stop after 500meters and return to start in 50meters.
