Note: 3-4km flat, there are 4km of strong up-hill. Near the top the view is really nice. Once on a main road turn left direction Sorrivoli but after 1-2km turn again left to Saiano. Very lovely and up-down hill for a few kilometer. Then a long single up hill, about 1km and then almost all down again to Cesena (Ponte Abbadesse). Really lovely, the view and usually very few cars on the street.

(Italian) Ancora fra le colline di Cesena. Partenza da Ponte Abbadesse e su per rio eremo, per la strada che passa dal canile ed inizia a salire su fino all’incrocio dove bisogna scegliere fra Diolaguardia e Sorrivoli. La strada è sempre libera e se non è caldo, come ieri era, è un piacere sentire i muscoli che faticano per andare su. Buon ritmo ed in 37′30″ sono al bivio. Punto verso Sorrivoli, ma rispetto all’altra volta non tiro dritto, prima di Sorrivoli svolto a sinistra e torno verso Cesena, passando per Saiano. Dal bivio c’è parecchia discesa e riesco a recuperare l’ascesa quasi continua che c’era prima. Poi prima di arrivare a Saiano ci sono 2 strappi niente male, che comunque sono utili per riiniziare a “sentire†le gambe .. troppa discesa non fa per niente bene. Da Saiano poi è tendenzialmente discesa con qualche saliscendi, arrivato al bivio dei Gelsi grandi proseguo in collina ed al bivio del Gelsi piccoli punto in discesa verso Ponte Abbadesse. A quel punto un po di discesa e tutta piana fino a casa, fatta anche spingendo un po. Morale della favola, altro percorso da consigliare ai podisti in cerca di collinari. Con un buon ritmo ma senza “ammazzarmi†ho impiegato 1h24′ per un totale fra i 18 ed i 19km.
