Km13! Italiano: Ancora pimpante, il fastidio era solo un’ombra. Le vedo e mollo il cappello, c’é il sole ma é cosà caldo da giustificare il cappellino.
English: Still running ok, the problem was still very very light! I left the hat, is warm and sunny but not that much!
Km19! Italiano: Qui non le ho sentite, stavo giá iniziando a correre poco bene, ma tentando di mantenere il ritmo voluto. English: I didn’t ear them, at that stage I was already running a bit odd, but trying to keep the pace!!!
Km40! Italiano: Ultimo video, Rosi e Heidi mi beccano al km40, stavo correndo decisamente lento da piú di 10km per cercare almeno di non zoppicare! Infatti é motivo per cui mostro il pollice verso
